ABSA no!
Ive been with absa for just shy of 7 months now, and today i get a call of "***** attempts" received on my account. a lady called me and starts questioning me, i confirm my id, email etc and then she asks me for my middle name? number one you have my id number and i confirmed it, i do not have time for people that undermind clients. i was in the office and unable to really speak but she wanted to prolong the process.
