Absa nightmare

I have a bond with absa and is deducting money from my employer payslip. This month they just decided to deduct from my bank while the debit order was canceled long time ago. Now I cnt pay my debts because of this **** bank. It's a nightmare have been calling them and they are just waiting my airtime no solution.
