ABSA NIGHTMARE

I had a problem with my asba account since last year struggling. every month I am at the bank to query the unauthorised debits and the fees. I pay every month more then R1500 on my account

I went back and forward and I have ask and requested for them to close my account, but due to my overdraft they can’t I have to pay it off.

I don’t have that kind of money at the moment and one of the teller consultants then told me, yes I can open a new account which I did at another bank and block all debit to my cheque account, but when I returned to the bank the consultant that help me said it’s not possible.

My issue at this moment is I will not be liable for the unauthorised debits that will be going off on that account, because I have been fighting with ABSA bank since last year with all this unauthorised debit and then I had to pay for that.

I will make sure the amount of the overdraft that I pay every month will be deposited in that account.

I can't pay so much money every month I am working alone have 3x children I can pay my children school fees every month with that money.
