ABSA & Newtons Attorneys keeps your funds ransom.
So ABSA thought it well to place my credit card under debt review and handed my account over. Fair enough, I have paid my account and plus. So now that ABSA owes me in excess of R1800 on this account I cannot get MY funds refunded as the firm handling my claim cannot be reached. So after numerous mails, calls and even branch visits ABSA and Newtons Attorneys thought it wise to keep my funds ransom.
