ABSA new tax free investment

It is completely impossible to open a TAX-FREE savings account as advertised so widely by ABSA. First, the branch system couldn't accept, then they tell me it will be available via Online banking. It is not. The bank didn't even bother to phone me back nor did the consultant reply. If you cannot be there within their limited banking hours - tough luck. What is conerning is that I logged a complaint via the ABSA complaints process and received no reply. This is against the FAIS legisation and Treating Customers Fairly principles. What now ABSA?
