ABSA never willing to fund my home loan having been my bank since January 2003 @Pretoria Branch cnr Van der Waalt and Pretorius

I have been banking with ABSA since 2003. I have purchased my car in 2004 ABSA never funded. I further purchased a house in 2004 ABSA never funded but other banks did. I still stood by ABSA and I was later issued with Credit card and even upgraded to the so called platinum banking and moved to Ben Swaart Branch. On my internet banking landing page, ABSA is preapproving me for +R100 000 overdraft and over +R3030 000.00 personal loan. Both of which I have no need of at the moment. Currently I have app**** for a Home loan to a Bond Originator on the 5/6 May 2016. Buy Monday 1st Bank approved, Tuesday the 2nd Bank Approved. To date I am still awaiting for my own beloved bank to approve. I phoned the call centre and I was told of the delay at the verification stage etc. What is surprising me is that other banks responded pretty much quicker, while they requested all my statements from ABSA and not any other bank. Clearly ABSA does NOT take serious my little business with them and I have over stayed my welcome as a client. Bank A offered me the rate of Prime - 0.200 Bank B offered me the rate of Prime +0.200 Both offers are expiring on Tuesday and I am still awaiting my beloved Bank and partner of over 13 years. Should ABSA NOT have a quotation with better interest rates than those offered already by Monday 16/05/2016 end of business? My only option is to part ways with ABSA. If you scratch my back then I scratch yours. I hope family and friends will do the same in solidarity. Injury to one is an injury to all. Regards, Very much disappointed.
