Absa never update on itc

I had a loan with absa ' which i have settled 02/01/2020 ' i recieved a settlement letter from macroberts attorneys . An i was told that my itc record wil be updated within 3 months but its now allmost a 9 months the absa account still reflects as active when i go to any credit facility and its never updated . This has dropped my credit record drastically . I then called to verify as to why my itc is not updated . I was adviced to write a mail of which i did and from piller to post i have been send by . With no help still to date i am not help and i cannot get further credit because of absa .

Am really furious that such a big company can put its clients in such mess . Further more the on my mails i have been asked to send my settlement letter an i did . To my suprise the people dont even read it am refered to as a she but my letter states my gender .

I got so angry that i realy dnt knw to whom should i go to . To get help with absa . ☹️
