ABSA - never there for you, only themselves.

For the last year these guys have not updated my portfolio. As a result my credit score is suffering. I have been trying to get a home loan for some time and every time I do an ITC check, the fault lays with absa. Despite a number of calls and emails noting has happened. Nobody has called me or fixed the problem. So much for Africanasity....
