Absa never response to emails

I have been sending emails almost everyday requesting for Absa Internal recoveries to call me till today no calls. Today I get an sms that I didn’t honour my promise to make payment.

What payment because I have had no response?

Who was this “arrangement” discussed with?

I just wanna settle my debt so I can go on with my life and no they are making it difficult for me.

I even called several times and Everytime I call I’m told to send an email. But no one responses to that email… I’m fed up I don’t know what to do… is it difficult to call your clients. I mean it’s not like I’m asking for money I’m begging to pay you.
