Absa needs to change their staff
<p><br />I could not believe that people are still treated this way and i am not sorry to say this but i think i was treated this bad because of the colour of my skin, I called absa klerksdorp on Saturday needing their branch code, i was advised by a very very very RUDE Woman that she only has the Universal code to which i explained to her that i am helping one of their clients to register for something that was Very important to him and the website wants the klerksdorp's code and not the universal one, she shouted at me and spoke to me as she was speaking to a 5 year child, she kept me on hold for 10 min after shouting at me, then ended the call, I then called back again and again answered the phone but when she heard that it was this black person again, she raised her voice again shouting "Sir I cannot assist you as I am transferring you to my manager, i will go to her and ask her to call you, give me your number" as i was giving her my number, she ended the call again without getting the full 10 digit cell number. For a 'Bank" to be still treating people like that, i could not believe, Absa has a person who is "supposed to be going the extra mile in assisting clients and possibly potential clients' talking in that manner and ending the call while waiting for 10 min and ending the call while still speaking. it is disgusting. that is just putting it mildly. </p>
