ABSA NDE query resolved
Last week Thursday morning I wrote a review regarding ABSA NDE turnaround time regarding the Estate account and closing of an investment account. Monday afternoon meaning within 2 days after I posted on Hello Peter, I am happy to report back that they closed the Investment Account and transferred all the remaining monies to the Estate account .
My attorney sent me the POP but now he's waiting for the funds to reflect on the Estate account so that he can go ahead with the next phase. Unfortunately ABSA didn't tell him how long it will take for the funds to reflect, we hoping it will be sooner than expected as it was an internal transfer .
Other than that I say big ups and thank you so much for the prompt response we got from ABSA. Now have a good relationship once again..
