ABSA NDE not helpful at all!!

On the 05/04/2021 I submitted a last estate claim at ABSA branch in JHB and was made to open a late estate with them and submitted all the relevant documentation that I was asked for. 2 weeks late I enquired about the development of the claim and was told that I should have sent the claim to NDE Offices in Pretoria. On the 20th of April 21 I sent same documents to *** and they acknowledged the receipt of documents. On the 01/05/2021 ABSA sent me an e-mail requesting a certified Letter Of Authority. The 3/05/2021 I forwarded the certified letter of authority as per their request. 04th of May I contacted them to check if they did receive it, they confirmed however now they are asking for a proof of residence...they don't want to accept my bank statement as a proof of res, moreover they also want an instruction letter.......What's the use of Letter Of Authority then.....I am highly disappointed .
