ABSA National Deceased Estates - No Service

The attorney(executor), to the estate of my late father, submitted all the relevant documentation to ABSA, to release the funds he had, to the Estate account. Since July/August of last year, ABSA has NOT transferred the funds, leaving the bereaved family in the dark. This serious, service failure has had a harsh impact on our family, leaving us with even more heartache and pain. Other reviews re-iterate the same sentiment, that service delivery is no priority, to ABSA, when it concerns an estate matters.
