ABSA National Deceased Estates - No Service

An instruction to close the accounts of a deceased J H Reyneke and transfer funds to the Estate account was sent to ABSA already on 22/02/2022 - To date the request was not attended to. This is a tendency at ABSA National Deceased Estates and a very time consuming process, holding back the winding up of the Estates. Previously the service was really good, but for some reason this is now an endless frustration to deal with ABSA to close deceased accounts.
