ABSA must wake up

In acknowledge that I owe ABSA money. I was seriously ill and has been in hospitals since December. I therefore were not able to pay them. Although I am not making excuses, I do feel that it has to taken into account.

ABSA has now handed me over to two attorney companies for the same account. Each one wants me to pay them. This will mean that I have to pay twice every month.

I have written to ABSA to request that they clarify this. They are not even bothering to respond to me.

Both these attorney companies keep on contacting me. I am paying the one that has contacted my first. I I cannot help but wonder if this is a **** from the second company. I will continue to view this as such until ABSA wakes up and clarify the matter.
