Absa Most Pathetic Bank

My credit card was supposed to be delivered to me lastweek, no attempt was made to contact me about delivery, when i track delivery on my banking app, it just says with courier. The number Absa provides to contact them is useless, as i hav3 been trying to call them for the past 3 days now and no1 answers the call at all. The banking app gives the same number to contact them. I tried to contact Absa via WhatsApp, same story, it says to call that number. I am very frustrated with the bank. I have been with Absa now for 16years, but if this is the attitude they have towards their clients, then its of no use remaining with this institution. There is no proper communication from Absa.
