ABSA most expensive bank in South Africa

Sinse. I can't seem to get a hold of ABSA I thought I will review here so they can care enough to phone me back.

Can you please explain as to why my bank charges went up to over R700. Its impossible for me to run a business if my bank charges is more than my profit.
