Absa money withdrawal

I am Xhantilomzi Falake.On the 30th of April 2024 I sent money to my mother via Pep money transfer. It was R800. I am in Cape Town and my mother in King Williams Town. I Was told at Pep that the money can only be withdrawn from Pep stores or at an Absa ATM. At exactly about a week later my mother sent a from of mine who works in town to withdraw for her. The money didn't come out of the ATM but got a receipt that it was withdrawn. He was told by the security to come in the morning since the branch was already closed. The next morning went there and was told the money was at Pep. That same afternoon I went to Pep to find out. They gave me a number to call I called it they told me only Absa can help not them. Now I am stuck I don't know what to do I need help please.
