ABSA - Money Suckers

I have sold my property in October 2017 On the 25 October 2017 I received the cancellation figures stating the amount to settle the bond, on the 29 October 2017 the bond was settled and paid in full as stated on the cancellation figures from ABSA. Know in January 2018 thy are saying that there is a short fall of this over R30000, when I request from them on how and wen do these figures come from and asking then to email me the documents, well needless to say I am still waiting for it (3de Month now). Seeing that 4 days after receiving the cancellation figures R30000 this came from the sky's?????
