Absa money greed

My parents were both Absa clients for years. They have both passed away and we do not want Absa to do their Estate due to bad service since the date of their death up to know. As my parents stated in their will that Absa should be the executers they now refuse to step down and let us get our own executers. The amount for the estate that Absa would get is R 100 000. For Absa it is all about the R 100 000 and their future existence as executers. Really are they so desperate. we should pay R 100 000 to them for the estate but get zero service!!! Please Absa step down and let the family get closure.
