ABSA ***** money for their errors

My husband has an account with absa and his salary gets paid on the 25th of the month. When reviewing the transactions he found that he had been charged 2 decline fees due to ABSAs debit check not working. ABSA tried to pull 2 of their debit orders early even though he had not been paid yet. So because of ABSAs mess up - we are being charged R50 per transaction and it’s not our fault. We went into the branch and they refused to help us because they can only reverse the funds once - like what the ****?!? So every time absa messes up we have to bear the consequences- that’s not on. This needs to be rectified and our money reversed as ABSA tried to pull money early!
