ABSA | Money deductions without explanation or returns

I transferred money from my cheque to my credit card, money was seen as payment, and this morning another amount was deducted for the credit card, but no funds available? Also, "charge amount" - the amount that was deducted TODAY, is for a transaction that was done in NOVEMBER 2017.Went to my branch 3x times with NO ASSISTANCE and NO ANSWERS, and worst of all, NO FEEDBACK!
