Absa Mokopane

When your father have Parkinsons and you go through all the trouble to get your mom General Power of Attorney for the day when he cannot do it himself anymore. And Absa Mokopane says "we don't accept this document - please bring him in to sign,". How unfeeling and harsh. He cannot feed himself anymore, how can he hold a pen to sign!! This means to go and get him in the Old age home, walk him in a wheelchair to Absa, and I wonder what happens then if they can't get hom to sign! Very unhappy with their service. And this happened this morning after they last week advised that my mother bring the Power of Attorney papers this week.
