Absa Mitigation Officer Threatening House Wife & Husband

Good day

I would like to report one of your Risk Mitigation Officers, he came to my house and threatened my husband about car payments on my cellphone and it severely traumatized me leaving me disgusted with Absa Vehicle Finance!

I do not appreciate him telling my husband if he's debit bounced on the 27th "There will be problems" what exactly he referred to which problems can mean anything? That's disgusting to say the least, please get your staff in line and stop them from harassing your customers.

The next time Mr. H.J van Niekerk from Absa in Randburg rocks up at my house again, I will be phoning the police, our car was behind which we arranged to pay up accordingly and still get threatened, not very nice! But that still does not give him the right to make threats.

But to say the least we paid it in full and thanks for not accepting the fact that we lost half our income due to Covid 19 that really puts you guys in a bad light hey.
