Absa mistreated me
I noticed that a debit order for journal debit RCCS Bos J of amount R-6171.14 I was deducted from my Acc .i have NEVER given permission for this debit order.After visiting my ABSA branch I was informed it was money deducted from my cheque Acc into credit card Acc ..this was never authorised by me I was informed to contact the credit card department and make arrangements,til today I have no feedback from ABSA again.. I need this money reversed into my Acc immediately and would appreciate feedback from ABSA on this matter..MoNEY just get taken out of MY ACCOUNT without my consent?! I’m seriously considering moving my Acc
