ABSA-"mirror of home affairs"

Absa at The Grove Mall has become one of the most "relaxed, nonchalant branches".

Many people are complaning about this specific branche's lack of customer service. There are many people standing in line for over an hour to be served due to the low numbered staff. There's no floor manager assisting customers. Pensioners lines are constantly full, and the tellers are as relaxed as when I'm getting a new I'D at home affairs.

It's shocking, yet despite many people maiming Absa are not coming up with a solution. The staff turn over is terrible. Tellers just leave for much when they want. There is no management taking place at this branch.

This has really become the most inneficeny branches. An elderly gentlemen stood in line for 45min during the same time I stood in line. He went yo Nedbank banked there and came back finding me in the same line after an additional 20min.

What scares me is the motivation of this branch. There's non. No one cares if Older people sit in line for over an hour. No one cares if the aircon cooks you to death.

I'm defenitly moving to another bank. But Absa. For your own sake, And for the sake of many other members, address the Grove mall. And listen to what your customers are saying.
