ABSA MICRO LOAN

I have app**** for a loan on the 06 September 2019 and I received a message “Congratulation! Your ABSA mircro loan has been provincially approved please quote ref no. *** and then on Saturday 07 September I received another message from ABSA “ KINDLY CONTACT YOUR POINT OF APPLICATION TO FINALISE THE PAYOUT OF YOUR APPROVED ABSA MICRO LOAN REF NO. ***”. On Monday morning I phoned ABSA and I was informed by Carmen that the application has gone for higher assessment and the message was sent in error. I will not except the error excuse ABSA should be held responsible for their actions, I am holding ABSA responsible for approving my application and to stand by the sms they had sent me advising me that the loan is approved. ABSA should note that an sms is a legal document.
