Absa Meyerton tellers not helping

When you go to Absa Meyerton branch in the afternoon, there is no tellers to assist you with deposits. This happens regularly and we are told to wait for the teller till they come back from lunch. One cannot use the note and coin ATM as it does not accept used notes. I also under instruction from our business not to use the ATM. This is unacceptable because one cannot sit and wait for a teller to help you.
