ABSA Meyerton Incompetence

My mother wants to get signing rights on my fathers account. She's a pensioner and has been to ABSA Bank twice. Every time she's asked to complete another form. Friday she was told by 1 person in the branch that she can bring a Capitec bank statement to confirm her address, when she got to ABSA she was told she needs to get a letter from me to confirm she's staying on my property plus a confirmation of address. I did a letter confirming that she resides on my property plus a copy of the municipal account. Today when she got there , she was told to do an affidavit. They were not told this on Friday !!!! They are pensioners who do not have the funds to drive up and down just because ABSA Meyerton is ***********. She battles to walk and her husband has Alzheimers. So now it means they have to go AGAIN!!!!!!.
