ABSA mess up

After numerous emails and promised calls the problem still exist. All off a sudden my home loan is in arrears even though payment is made each month. The excuses for this is that I pay after my due date when in fact I pay BEFORE the due date. Mot a difficult concept to understand yet they cannot grasp it. Why this has changed at all is a mystery that will probably never be solved. So I am NOT in arrears and would like this headache fixed that I can extend the term of the loan and get this over with! Stop closing the case when it is not resolved! Can anyone with half a brain think for themselves that how can an account be in arrears if payment was made each month!!!?? Time to get supervisors to fix this mess. It was ABSA who recommended changing the due date and now everything is a mess! All the calls that was suppose to happen, didnt. All emails are being ignored. I
