ABSA MegaU Rewards

<p>ABSA has a megaU rewards program for the kids where they give vouchers to them if they retain a certain amount in their bank account. you have to redeem this voucher on a monthly basis. This is an sms system that you get charged for when you redeem the voucher. This system sends you an sms when you retrieve it, but I never recieved this sms. Tried to redeem this voucher for the past 4 months to no avail and you get charged for this. When I finally called ABSA to log a complaint they told me that they will not be sending me the vouchers because they cannot pick anything up on their system that I have redeemed the voucher. They said because they cannot see that I tried to redeem the voucher that they cannot send me a voucher. they said that I needed proof of an sms which I never got. I believe this is false advertising where they say you get rewarded for banking with them, but they lie.</p>
