Absa MegaU Benefits Impossible to Attain

I have a megaU account for my daughter and have been struggling every month to redeem her free vouchers. I have used the USSD option to redeem the vouchers and after entering all required information I do not receive the voucher pins. When I use the website it shows that I redeemed already but I have not received an sms with the voucher pins.
