ABSA MegaU benefit flaw

Why are MegaU benefits not available? Opened accounts for my daughters with all these nifty benefits promised. My children have never been able to use any of them. Either Mcdonalds not affiliated with rewards anymore, then Debonairs cannot redeem codes, then data voucher says "code already redeemed".....I have claimed the benefits many times to try and use them but NOW, you cannot even claim the benefits at all anymore as website is not working. This is really not the service that I as longtime ABSA client would expect from this banking giant.
