ABSA MegaU account - no response to application

I have submitted my application to open a MegaU account for my daughter a month ago. I completed the online application form and sent in the supporting documents immediately. Automated responses said to expect feedback within 48 hours of application. Hahahahaha.

The MegaU product is clever, get the client brand loyal young (my account was opened when I was a kid and I am still a customer). But if the start of the relationship is this bad, maybe its time to jump ship early on.
