Absa Mega U redemption vouchers
I opened new accounts for both my daughters in January 2021. I have been struggling since than to redeem the Mega U vouchers. The one month it was sorted after numerous emails and phone call but back to square one. Went into the bank to sort it out and was told I cannot redeem as the system was off line. Been trying since 16/4 and still not been able to redeem. Pathetic service!!!! C-***7
