Absa Mega U benefits are useless

My child has a Mega U account with Absa, nd she gets the monthly benefits/vouchers that come with the account. Since the beggining of this year its been a nightmare redeeming these vouchers. But this month was the worst, i redeemed these vouchers on the 10th of this month but they were invalid, i called the Mega U department and they resent the vouchers, but again they were invalid. The Data Voucher is invalid as well as the Macdonald voucher. What really ****es me off is that, this has been happening every month and it doesn't look like its gonna change. Why is Absa offering these benefits if they can't keep thier promise and deliver good service in time? All i want to know now is, is there a way i can have these ridiculous benefits removed drom my child's account? They claim to be the best bank and yet they offer shady service like this ?
