Absa Mega u benefits are a joke

<p>When I first opened an Absa Mega U account for my kids they offered free Ster Kinekor and Nu Metro and free data 75mb per month. </p> <p>Now they have have down graded us to 50MB per month and now you can only get Nu Metro Tickets.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a joke!! When you offer your clients benefits...what motivation is there to stay with you if you down grade the benefits you originally offered. Rather leave them as they were!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Also, you can never get your movie tickets...there is ALWAYS a problem with their system. When you call in they sometimes don't even answer or the line just cuts off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont have a Nu Metro Cinema near me so its actually pointless having these benefits. There are more Ster kinekor Cinemas than Nu Metro...so I suppose that is why Absa only has Nu Metro now...less free movie tickets!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Best I just close the bank accounts I have with Absa as they are not worth having anymore.</p>
