Absa Mega U
<p>Does the Absa Mega U rewards still exist becuase if so then their service is pathetic. I have 2 kids and both have the Mega U account. Since October I have been trying to redeem the 75mb data (x2) and 2 Ster Kinekor movie tickets but all I get is an sms saying "Thank you for entering. You will receive an sms shortly with the details of your voucher". To date I have not received any vouchers.</p> <p>On 1 October 2016 I tried to redeem the 75mb of data and nothing yet.</p> <p>On 4 October I tried to redeem the 2 Ster Kinekor vouchers but nothing came through.</p> <p>When you dial their ********** number no one answers.</p> <p>Absa should not be offering reqards that are not being fulfilled. It has been more than a week and so far I have not had a response as to why both my kids are not receiving their data nor there Ster Kinekor movie tickets.
This is the second month in a row that they have not received anything. August I also had to contact the Absa as nothing was received.
The campaign line does not answer their calls as well.
I would not recomend this account to anyone!!!
