I called Absa to request that I want to cancel my cheque account and the lady help and told me what to do, as in pay the closer fee n what not then I did that and she confirmed she got it 24/02/2023 now I am getting a notification that I have to pay an immediate payment but I called months earlier to close the account. So she ****med me into paying my account than actually helping to close the account.
