ABSA ****med me

ABSA ****med me, I lost my credit card, reported it to them and they closed it, one of their employees made a new card and has been using it for years and I have been paying it, I asked them who was the new card issued to and I never get a response. The person made ATM withdrawals and used the card for tollgates, I need a refund of all my payments and the identity of the employee who has been using my card .
