Absa ****med Me

I have Cheque Account with Absa and i have experienced Missing Finds in it in December, and they were not able to refund me or to help me. so mow i asked them to close the account and they said i mist pay R600 For them to close the Account. Today i paid the R600 they want and they telling me to Pay R1000 before they can close the account.

I can never keep on paying money to them for them to close account that ate my money and i was not refunded.
