ABSA Mayfair not delivering service

Today, 19 Jan 2016 I went to ABSA Southgate to deposit coins, the bank was already full as i got to the front, the lights went off and they do not have a back up generator. After going to Rosetenville just to find out the ABSA Bank closed down there I went to Mayfair branch where i was told by a teller that they do not accept over R2000 coins???? Excuse me but since when? i have been depositing money for years at ABSA and that is the first time i ever heard that!!! We than went to ABSA Brixton branch where i was assisted. I think the employees at ABSA Mayfair is too lazy to do their jobs and therefore came up with such an excuse, this looks bad on on ABSA as a business and the way i feel because of how i was treated i would even like to change my bank. Not a happy customer at all!!!
