Absa Maxicare-terrible customer service, no answers

On 7 November 2016 I reported to ABSA Maxicare that my TV (Sinotec 74 cm), was faulty (REFERENCE NUMBER: W37771). I requested that they fetch the TV to be fixed according to our HomeUnlimited policy (POLICY NUMBER: MAWR001498), which I have been making a contribution to since 2002. ABSA Maxicare then sent a company, named Master Audio Visual, to collect the TV on that same day, 7 November 2016. I was reassured that the TV would be fixed and delivered within 18 days. After the 18 days had passed, I tried to contact them on several occasions to inquire, but to no avail. Eventually I manged to get a hold of and speak to an employee of ABSA, and was then told that the turnaround time was actually 28 days, and it should there for be delivered, fixed, within 28 days. They also then informed me that they could not find spare parts for the specific TV, but reassured me that they were working on it. I was also ensured that they would keep me updated as to the developments and progress of my claim. It is now the 19th of December and I have not heard ANYTHING from the company. Not even one single call, email or sms to update me! I am utterly disappointed in the customer service that I have received after paying premiums for 15 years. Each time I phone the call center, the operator won't allow me to speak to anyone in management. I really hope that this problem can be solved urgently. Awaiting your response. Kind regards
