ABSA Matlosane Mall ATMs very dangerous

On Monday the 27 May I withdraw money from my ABSA credit card at their ATM Matlosane Mall. ATM held money I couldn’t get it all. I started to pull the notes out and I managed to get R800 only and the rest of the money was taken back in the machine. I stood there frustrated and the was an ABSA employee who was sitting by the chairs in the mall not far from the Atms. I managed to get someone to call her she was very friendly I explained what happened and she said that I must come back the following morning and put in a query because the ABSA does not deal with the atms the are loaded by fidelity. Tuesday morning I was at the bank at enquiries and a consultant assisted me with the query I got a reference number and was told that it will take 4-5 working days. When I left the bank I got an sms with the same reference number stating that query will take 8 business hours. Wednesday was a public holiday and on Thursday I called the bank and I was told that they have not received any answer yet about my query later on that day I got an sms with the same reference number stating that they are still busy with my query. It is Friday night 20h52 still no money or any response from Fidelity or ABSA does it mean that my R1600 is gone forever even though I did get all the money? Are those machines not balance or checked or did the fidelity employees think that God blessed them with my money? Guys be very careful………,
