The absolute arrogance that Absa is showing in handling its clients is mindboggling! Mr Louis van Zyl ,CEO and Ombudsman Complaint Adjudicator ABSA, is totally *********** and out of his dept and a disgrace to ABSA Senior Management and simply choose to not reply to detailed complaints from clients on the incompetence of his team in handling and dealing with longstanding loyal clients.
