Absa marble refused to assist me just now

I am at absa Bank Marble Hall I need to reset my pin for woolworths card and no one is there to assist me because they all have a take over what what and I need the pin urgently and they say I must come back at 12 am is it even allowed not to help a customer when in a branch and the manager refused I get an assistance even if I tell them I have a emergency I need that pin for my woolworths credit card asap
