Thank you to Puseletso Hlahu for the exceptional Service. I called Mall of Africa out of frustration from not getting help from Absa The Glen. She took my cash passport query and made it hers. She even followed up the next day to chack if my issue was resolved. She is professional, compassionate and diligent. Thank you once again
