ABSA Mall of Africa Service Pathetic

I walked into ABSA mall of africa at around 13:00on the 24th of May 2018, I queued at the teller as I wanted to make an emergency withdrawal from my 32Day account, I was told to wait at the next qeue customer service as I need to make the funds available. I waited and was told by customer care consultant that I need to go back by the entrance and write my name down and wait to be seen by a gentleman. I did that and I waited and have been at the branch now for about 45 minutes and it wasnt even full. While waiting a gentleman walked in I then asked the security guard who am I waiting for exactly and if that person was available or maybe on a lunch break. Its then that the 'gentleman' looked like the only male branch employee overheard the conversation and told me that I need to wait all the consultant are busy and I told him that I have been waiting for a long time and he told me to just wait which I did. The very same person came and said he could assist me without even apologising when I asked if hes the person I have been waiting for and whether he came back from lunch he told me that im complaining and that hes the only consultant working both sides. I then asked for what I have been waiting an hour for a withdrawal and decided there and then to put in a notice for the balance and close the account. He told me to go back to the tellers for withdrawal I even had to ask for the date for the 32 day balance when the funds will be available.

Mall of Africa ABSA ic clearly a branch without a HEAD, headless consultants with nobody telling you where you must qeue. Pathetic...felt like I was at a goverment clinic waiting for a nurse on a 'Lunch break'.
