Absa making unauthorized deductions

So I joined absa because fnb kept *****ing me over.. absa assured me that I would not run into any issues with them.. I signed up for a cheque account, which is R109 a month.. I recently had a look at my bank statements and they have been charging me an additional R100 every month, soon after I started banking with them.. I queried this and to my amazement they advised I'm liable for all these fees,as my account is overdrawn..now when I signed up I did not sign up for overdraft facilities nor do I make use of it and at the point of sale I advised I do not want to have to go over what is in my account, and checking what I have available in my account,I actually don't go over..and I was assured I would have not be able to go over what is available in my account. Thats an additional R100 since 2018..

I requested them to cancel my funeral policy to be cancelled months ago and it still has not been, and yet I'm still being g debited, and then charged for going over what's in my account and failed debit order charges.. again because absa did not follow through..

Then yesterday I checked and I'm suddenly neing charged for internet banking R57 which I do not even use,I was advised to use the app,as it is free..

I called the call center, and was told they would review it and call me back on 24 hours with a manager.. instead I get a call from the agent telling me the reasons why my account is R424 in areas and all of a sudden it's all my fault because of this debit order which was cancelled.. I do not have any other debit order on my account besides absa funeral policy.. for months I was unaware I was being over charged on Bank fees...

The manager never called me back and I got attitude from the agent named lungiso who refused to put a manager on the line..

Absa refuses to remove those bank charges and have still not received my funeral policy and move back the money from I requested to have it cancelled and still don't take ownership of misinformation and still refuse to close my account..
