ABSA Making mole-hills into mountains since 2011

I have been on Debt Review since November 2011. A court order was granted in Randburg Magistrates Court which states that my Revolving Credit Facility has been restructured and I will not be charged interest until the outstanding balance has been settled. To the person that gets this THIS MEANS 0% Interest. I then reviewed my quarterly statements and I have been charged interest. I sent a request to the Debt Review Department on 13/02/2014. After 7 business days I called in and had the matter escalated as I did not receive a response. I then received a response to say my query will be attended to. It's almost a month now and still nothing. How difficult is it to do a recon of the account and reverse all interest charges after 19/01/2012 (date court order was signed)??? Your lack of response is an indication that your attitude to service is pathetic. I need for someone to reverse all the invalid interest amounts, send me all my statements on this account, and give me a settlement letter confirming the outstanding balance. I am shocked and have lost all faith in this institution. Please just sort this out!
